ZSK Farms began with a single tomato field in Kirinyaga and a stubborn belief that produce should not spend a week in a warehouse before it reaches a plate. Today, 42 smallholder growers share our cold-chain, our logistics, and our storefront.

How we work

    Plan with the season

    We map each grower's land and plant what it grows best, in step with the rains.

  2. 02
    Pick at peak

    Harvests start before sunrise so produce travels in the cool of morning.

  3. 03
    Cool and pack

    Everything is graded, washed and chilled within hours of leaving the field.

  4. 04
    Deliver next-day

    Refrigerated trucks reach 31 counties on a fixed weekly schedule.
